Accepted payment methods

We accept bank transfers from Nigerian and international accounts. Diaspora buyers can pay in instalments over the 8-month plan. All payments are documented and receipted.

The documentation process

On reservation you receive a Contract of Sales and Allocation of Plot. On completion you receive the Deed of Assignment and C-of-O backed title. Every document is explained in plain language.

Buying remotely

You do not need to be in Nigeria to buy. We handle viewings, documentation, and updates remotely, and stay in contact across UK, US, and EU time zones throughout.
